Due to the increasing cost associated with cancellations we will charge a 5% fee for all cancellation requests.Cancellations are only accepted on orders that haven't been processed, once orders are in print production we won't be able to cancel your job.
Many images online are low resolution and are not intended for printing. Using Google search engine you can filter for higher quality images using the following steps. 1. Search for an image using Google. 2. Under the tools tab filter search to large or medium image size.
Most digital cameras can produce a file that will work well for printing. If the image has been cropped, altered or downloaded from a website, that will often decrease the quality.
If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please check your junk email folder or spam filter.
To ensure the best prices and fastest production times all orders are transmitted to our printers immediately upon submission. Generally it is impossible to make any changes or corrections to your order. If you have just placed your order, and want to check if it is possible to make changes, please contact customer service immediately.

If the product is damaged and/or contains manufacturing defects when you receive your order, please contact customer support.
In the case of damages, you will need to get photos of the the shipping label, box, packaging material and the product in the box as it was recieved. The shipping service will need this for processing the claim.
